  If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the Charleston area, do yourself a huge favor and give Dawn and Chris a call. We've known Dawn and Chris for a few years as they helped us get to know the different parts of Charleston and literally showed us dozens of homes. Every time we were in the area (we live in Mass) they were so friendly and always made time to cart us around and show us more houses and different areas that we might like. They never pressured us, never made us feel like we were wasting their time, and tirelessly worked to find us the right place. And, sure enough, we found it last month! We can't thank Dawn and Chris enough and highly recommend their services. You won't do better anywhere else.

  This was our first home buying experience and it was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Chris and Dawn walked us through every step of the process, even just explaining and breaking it down for us, no matter how basic our questions were. They took us to multiple showings on multiple days and really worked around our schedule. Throughout the closing process they were there constantly checking in and contacting whoever we needed to get everything done on time. We are so happy with our brand new *first* home and while we can't imagine ever wanting to leave, would definitely have Chris and Dawn help us if we needed to buy again. Would highly recommend anybody looking to buy in the Charleston area to contact Chris and Dawn - they're knowledgeable, friendly, caring and genuinely committed to making sure you get exactly what you're looking for! We can't thank you guys enough!
